As guest came in from Cocktails and Appetizers, we featured our Gourmet Tossed Salad – Fresh Romaine with Roasted Almonds, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Cheese, & homemade dressings of Peppercorn Ranch and Honey Dijon.  Mrs. Sproul rented dishes from Colleen at Unique Settings MisMatched China which really added to the charm of the Urban looking The Mill & Mine Downtown Knoxville.

This beautiful Wedding Venue could easily seat 400 guest for a buffet dinner and many more for a Cocktail Reception! Wedding Coordinator extraordinaire Janna and assistant Maddie were the “Day Of” Coordinators.  And the awesome talents of MC and DJ Mr. Jim Ogle were unmatched in professionalism… Melissa Timm Floral Designs really showed off her best with stunning Florals for the bridal party and centerpieces. Also, there were many others who helped make this wedding day so special : Campbell Tent and Party Rentals provided our catering dishes and specialty linens, Cheryl baked the Wedding Cake, Anderson Brought Chairs and Draping, Video was done by Sheri Wright , and last but not lest…. Mrs. Tracie Ancelet was stealth with her Photography and got the bridal couple to their reception in less than 45 minutes…BRAVO! PROFESSIONAL!!!!- Ancelet Photography , I can’t wait to see her photo’s and Blog of this very special wedding and reception (BIG Thanks for letting Amber and Bradley enjoy their reception by getting them there so quickly)!!!

This Smoky Mountain Peacock Theme wedding was Poolside and Tented. (by Campbell Tent and Party Rentals). Elegance best describes the entire reception from start to finish, the fabulous ladies at 3m Creative Consultants decorated in style! Steve and Dawn selected a Dinner Wedding Package from our Chef Tony Catering . com reception package menus. The Diamond Dinner Package includes lots of extras including butler passed trays of Shrimp and Crabcakes, a preset Caprese salad, and an incredible dinner buffet of Steak Au Poivre (ours is made with freshly cooked Cherry Chutney, Cracked Pepper, and Brandy), Pork Diane (Dijon Cream Sauce), Steamed Asparagus, Parisienne potatoes (small garlic new potatoes), and Parmesan Corn Casserole… with all the extras like Artisan Bread, Gourmet Bucks Coffee, Iced Tea, and Dawn wanted to add Fresh Fruit Fondue for everyone to enjoy while being greeted.

Each Table was elegantly decorated with Peacock theme colors and guest favors. The overlays really brought out the Teal Blue and the Coordinating Napkins were elegantly placed and hanging over lap length.

The Caprese Salad (Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese, & Pesto) was the perfect contrasting color for this place setting and was served ripe and room temperature.

The Hearthside at the Preserve offers an Open Air Pavilion, Conference Room, and Poolside option for the reception , as well as a gorgeous Chapel for the Wedding Ceremony. The most amazing view is to be had from all locations!

Dawn and Steve really enjoyed the buffet and the guest had nothing but compliments. The staff of First Fruits Catering really enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of this special reception.

Haley and her father driving up to the ceremony site in this vintage carriage was “priceless”. There were so many details with this vintage wedding that make it the perfect “feature Wedding”, start with the Sunflowers with light Cornflower Blue (see Haley’s matching boots). Ms. Diane from Abloom Florist did an amazing job bringing to life the Wedding Sunflower and fresh Daisy arrangements, bouquets, etc…

And there to capture all the moments with Professional Wedding Photography was Jayson Mullen Design &Photography, Jason and his wife Amanda  are an unbeatable duo when it comes to capturing the perfect shoot. And they are stealth onsite, always ending up in the right spot to highlight those special memories.

When it comes to Professional Wedding Music and Lighting, Sequoyah  Entertainment is “Tried and True” … Ben put an awesome blue cast on the entire reception hall that perfectly matched the wedding blue and as Master of Ceremonies Jason was perfectly verbalized.

Haley and Brandon chose a light afternoon wedding menu perfect for a 2pm ceremony. Guest arrived to enjoy our signature Nacho Bar Station .

Then Guest enjoyed a Wedding Buffet of Large Watermelon Baskets filled with fresh Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Watermelon balls.
