First Fruits Catering served Southern Comfort Foods with a complete layer cakes dessert buffet.

The main menu included Chicken Marsala , Rosemary Beef Roast, Whipped Potato Casserole, Southern Style Green Beans, Gourmet Pre-Set Salad, & Layer Cakes – Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Italian Cream, Carrot, Red Velvet, and Wett Lemon.

The Mill & Mine is the perfect wedding venue for large weddings offering an urban style atmosphere and lots of room with amenities that include large changing rooms,  outdoor space, a full stage for bands, and easy access from the downtown Knoxville area with lots of parking.

This Smoky Mountain Peacock Theme wedding was Poolside and Tented. (by Campbell Tent and Party Rentals). Elegance best describes the entire reception from start to finish, the fabulous ladies at 3m Creative Consultants decorated in style! Steve and Dawn selected a Dinner Wedding Package from our Chef Tony Catering . com reception package menus. The Diamond Dinner Package includes lots of extras including butler passed trays of Shrimp and Crabcakes, a preset Caprese salad, and an incredible dinner buffet of Steak Au Poivre (ours is made with freshly cooked Cherry Chutney, Cracked Pepper, and Brandy), Pork Diane (Dijon Cream Sauce), Steamed Asparagus, Parisienne potatoes (small garlic new potatoes), and Parmesan Corn Casserole… with all the extras like Artisan Bread, Gourmet Bucks Coffee, Iced Tea, and Dawn wanted to add Fresh Fruit Fondue for everyone to enjoy while being greeted.

Each Table was elegantly decorated with Peacock theme colors and guest favors. The overlays really brought out the Teal Blue and the Coordinating Napkins were elegantly placed and hanging over lap length.

The Caprese Salad (Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese, & Pesto) was the perfect contrasting color for this place setting and was served ripe and room temperature.

The Hearthside at the Preserve offers an Open Air Pavilion, Conference Room, and Poolside option for the reception , as well as a gorgeous Chapel for the Wedding Ceremony. The most amazing view is to be had from all locations!

Dawn and Steve really enjoyed the buffet and the guest had nothing but compliments. The staff of First Fruits Catering really enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of this special reception.

First Fruits Guest Services. Fifty (50) person minimum required. There are no “Event Day” hidden add-on charges. Gratuity covers professional uniformed staff, delivery, set-up, clean-up and buffet linens and skirting. Gratuity Service 20% of subtotal. Priced Per Person.

    Rentals include - plates, stainless flatware, glassware (stemmed), & Large Disposable napkins . We can offer rental company referrals for other rental items (tents, tables, guest table linens, etc.)

  • Reserve Date Contracts & Gratuity

    First Fruits Catering holds reserved "Event Dates" by contract on a first booked-first served basis. The "Non-Refundable" contract fee is 25% of the Grand Total for services, and is collected to "hold the date" and cover Admin. fees . Special provisions in our contract allow clients to incorporate changes to their menu and guest count up to three weeks prior to the event that can change the 75% remaining balance due. A 50 Person Minimum is required for ALL Catering.   20 % Gratuity- All Buffet and Hor d oeuvre Receptions :covers professional uniformed staff, delivery, set-up, clean-up of our work area and clearing of dining rooms tables. 30% Gratuity- Plated Meal Receptions:  plus above gratuity services .

  • Bartenders and Alcohol

    Insurance liabilities do  permit First Fruits Catering to provide bartender staff, set-ups, or glassware for alcohol by Sub-Contract . We can offer the most professional bartender staff at the most affordable price. Inquire with us regarding your bar needs.
