The adorable couple met in Atlanta GA. where Katelyn is an ICU nurse, and they returned here to Knoxville to get married in Katelyn’s home town.

First Fruits Catering served Southern Comfort Foods with a complete layer cakes dessert buffet.

The main menu included Chicken Marsala , Rosemary Beef Roast, Whipped Potato Casserole, Southern Style Green Beans, Gourmet Pre-Set Salad, & Layer Cakes – Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Italian Cream, Carrot, Red Velvet, and Wett Lemon.

The Mill & Mine is the perfect wedding venue for large weddings offering an urban style atmosphere and lots of room with amenities that include large changing rooms,  outdoor space, a full stage for bands, and easy access from the downtown Knoxville area with lots of parking.

This amazing couple choose our Amethyst Dinner Package from www.ChefTonyCatering.com wedding packages, then adding from there. The menu started with Goat Cheese  Strawberry Bruschetta and a full Gourmet Cheeses Station outside on the bar patio.

As guest came in from Cocktails and Appetizers, we featured our Gourmet Tossed Salad – Fresh Romaine with Roasted Almonds, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Cheese, & homemade dressings of Peppercorn Ranch and Honey Dijon.  Mrs. Sproul rented dishes from Colleen at Unique Settings MisMatched China which really added to the charm of the Urban looking The Mill & Mine Downtown Knoxville.

This beautiful Wedding Venue could easily seat 400 guest for a buffet dinner and many more for a Cocktail Reception! Wedding Coordinator extraordinaire Janna and assistant Maddie were the “Day Of” Coordinators.  And the awesome talents of MC and DJ Mr. Jim Ogle were unmatched in professionalism… Melissa Timm Floral Designs really showed off her best with stunning Florals for the bridal party and centerpieces. Also, there were many others who helped make this wedding day so special : Campbell Tent and Party Rentals provided our catering dishes and specialty linens, Cheryl baked the Wedding Cake, Anderson Brought Chairs and Draping, Video was done by Sheri Wright , and last but not lest…. Mrs. Tracie Ancelet was stealth with her Photography and got the bridal couple to their reception in less than 45 minutes…BRAVO! PROFESSIONAL!!!!- Ancelet Photography , I can’t wait to see her photo’s and Blog of this very special wedding and reception (BIG Thanks for letting Amber and Bradley enjoy their reception by getting them there so quickly)!!!

The Barn at Chestnut Springs has a very interesting beginning . First Fruits Catering had the pleasure of serving over 100 guests at The Barn this  weekend, along with other wedding professionals.
