40th Anniversary “Spring in Appalachia”

The Pre-Reception was a success with 50 guest in attendance. The Fresh Fruit Martini’s were a hit! Also, we featured a strawberry fondue with cream cheese dip and domestic gourmet cheeses.
It has been several years since our Fresh Floral designer (Ms. Vicki ) has retired… however, occasionally guest will still ask us to do Flower Centerpieces. We really enjoyed offering the fresh spring daisy centerpieces for the 200 guest after party event for the Ballet company as well!
After the ballet performance we offered an excellent butler passed tray menu:

I really enjoyed being a part of this special 40th Anniversary celebration and performance of the Appalachian Ballet Company! The evening was a real success for the Ballet Company with a larger than expected guest count!!!
