First Fruits Catering holds reserved “Event Dates” by contract on a first booked-first served basis.
The “Non-Refundable” contract fee is 25% of the Grand Total for services, and is collected to “hold the date” and cover Admin. fees .
Special provisions in our contract allow clients to incorporate changes to their menu and guest count up to three weeks prior to the event that can change the 75% remaining balance due.
A 50 Person Minimum is required for ALL Catering.
20 % Gratuity– All Buffet and Hor d oeuvre Receptions :covers professional uniformed staff, delivery, set-up, clean-up of our work area and clearing of dining rooms tables.
30% Gratuity– Plated Meal Receptions: plus above gratuity services .
