Katie wanted mostly cupcakes (mocha chocolate, carrot spice, and vanilla bean) for her guest. The cake ceremony cake was a two-tier vanilla bean cake with hand painted gold accents and lace detail.
The ceremony was on one side of the residence at the English Garden, and the dining room was on the other side of the residence under tent.
The buffet was located indoors very close to the tent side of the residence.
The Buffet featured Pecan Chicken Gallentine, Rosemary Roast, Parsley Baked Red Potatoes, Vegetable Stir-Fry, Mushroom Sweet Pea Casserole, Marinated Asparagus, and Artisan Bread.
The reception started with butler passed hors d oeuvres in the English Garden and then dinner began with a preset Spinach Pecan salad.
