The Menu included Herb Crusted BBQ Meatballs, Roasted Pecan Cheese Balls with assorted flower cheese, Hickory Smoked Ham Medallions, Herb Spinach Stuffed Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Fruit Fondue, and Spanakopita.
We featured three different types of wedding cake:
BIG ORANGE VELVET with a Butter Cream Frosting, VANILLA BEAN with a Marbled Fondant Frosting, and MOCHA FUDGE with a Chocolate Buttercream.
