This 5-tier Vanilla Bean Wedding Cake has a square base with round top layers. The pink and white spray roses were the perfect accent for the formal black and white style cake.
Congratulations David and Elisia Kohser , a beautiful after wedding reception!
Robin and Matthew
This “Vanilla Bean” wedding cake is five tier double thick layers with buttercream filling in the middle. The covering is Ivory Fondant with edible hand painted silver detail and accents. The M topper was a custom ordered initial topper with over 50 swarovski crystals in it. And then I placed an alternating large dot and small dot border around each cake layer. Robin brought me photo’s of cakes she liked and ask me to use my creativity with the complete design. I have to say that I really enjoyed spending 15 hours with this special wedding cake. We also had the opportunity to deliver their rehearsal dinner cake to Hunter Valley Farm. The rehearsal dinner cake was a three tier chocolate fudge cake covered completely in mini-chocolate chips and featured a cascade of chocolate dipped strawberries. Then for the wedding , Matthew wanted a grooms cake that represented fond memories from his past a “Dukes of Hazard” cake!
This cake has the “General Lee” jumping the out bridge and the Deputy Enos driving into the river, Daisey and her jeep safely on the other side:)
This couple was just a joy to work with! Thanks for the opportunity !
Sarah and Brian
The artwork for the images on this wedding cake were freehand drawings submitted by Sarah the bride. The drawings transferred to an edible image sheet and then I applied them to the cake. Sarah selected a spice cake flavor with maple butter cream under the fondant frosting, this selection was a great pre-holiday flavor! Sarah and Brian chose a menu selected from www.cheftonycatering.com, the Garnet package which includes Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Rosemary Beef Roast, Cheddar Sausage Balls, Mexican layered Dip, Mushroom Brushetta, Chicken Pasta Alfredo, and Fresh Fruit Fondue. Thank You Sarah and Brian for allowing us to be a part of such a special wedding celebration!
