Each Place setting offered a monogrammed toasting flute.
The heavy hors d’ oeuvre reception featured Rolled Pecan Chicken Gallentine, Hickory Smoked Ham Medallions with Croissants, Whipped Potato Bar.
Robert requested a custom item BLT Brushetta, I must say his creation was excellent and I am considering adding it to the menu!
The buffet also featured our 7Layer Mexican Dip and Fresh Fruit Fondue.

Wedding Cake was a combination of Vanilla Bean and Wett Lemon Cake.

It a real compliment when we get the opportunity to cater the second daughter of a family. Thanks Joy Lynn(mom) and Bert(dad) for making us a part of your family celebrations!
The reception started with a Fruit and Cheese table , beverage station, and then on to a full Dinner Buffet!
The Dinner Buffet featured our Herb Crusted Pork Loin and Lemon Pesto Chicken (I harvested the basil for the chicken from my herb garden!)
Complimenting the entree’ was a Whipped Potato Bar (with cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives) , Glazed Baby Carrots , and Parmesan Spinach Casserole.
The Wedding Cake was our Wett Lemon Cake with Butter Cream Frosting! Simple decoration with the invitation monogram centered.
I really need to mention the flowers! We worked with Tammy Phillips several times this year! The flowers were just exceptional, from corsages to centerpieces!

Holly Roberts and Colin Jennings
Holly and Colin have known one another for such a long time that the entire day felt very comfortable like a casual reunion.
The light afternoon buffet featured Fresh Fruit Fondue, Hickory Smoked Ham Medallions with rolls, Spinach Dip with toast points, and Chicken Salad Crescent Sandwiches.
Debe Campbell from Anderson Rental Company was the coordinator for the day and offered us pink ribbon accents for the beverage table.
The wedding cake was Vanilla Bean with swiss dots accents and top layer columns. The Flower Shop provided us with lots of accent flowers for the cake and buffet!
Colin is a golfer. Holly and I came up with a grooms cake theme and accents that pleased Colin:)
Smithview Pavilion is one of the most luxurious wedding facilities in the area. What a pleasure to work with such professional wedding vendors as those on the preferred vendor list at Smithview Pavilion and The Life Event Center.
Sarah and Brian
The artwork for the images on this wedding cake were freehand drawings submitted by Sarah the bride. The drawings transferred to an edible image sheet and then I applied them to the cake. Sarah selected a spice cake flavor with maple butter cream under the fondant frosting, this selection was a great pre-holiday flavor! Sarah and Brian chose a menu selected from www.cheftonycatering.com, the Garnet package which includes Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Rosemary Beef Roast, Cheddar Sausage Balls, Mexican layered Dip, Mushroom Brushetta, Chicken Pasta Alfredo, and Fresh Fruit Fondue. Thank You Sarah and Brian for allowing us to be a part of such a special wedding celebration!
