Each Place setting offered a monogrammed toasting flute.
The heavy hors d’ oeuvre reception featured Rolled Pecan Chicken Gallentine, Hickory Smoked Ham Medallions with Croissants, Whipped Potato Bar.
Robert requested a custom item BLT Brushetta, I must say his creation was excellent and I am considering adding it to the menu!
The buffet also featured our 7Layer Mexican Dip and Fresh Fruit Fondue.

Wedding Cake was a combination of Vanilla Bean and Wett Lemon Cake.
