Smoky Mountain Wedding Association Meeting
This bi-monthly meeting was held at the Event Barn on Immanuel”s Farm, owners Chuck and Melanie McGinnis were the perfect host!
The Barn was a functional barn for years until recently when Chuck remodeled this space for the use of events. The upstairs is a great space for wedding ceremonies during inclement weather.
There are other area’s for wedding ceremonies on this beautiful property, one of my favorites is the pond area!
The Smoky Mountain Wedding Association is a growing association of wedding vendors determined to bring more business to the Smoky Mountains! What an honor to be a part of this group. We co-sponsor this meeting with a full buffet of heavy hors d’oeuvres . The Shrimp Martini’s were a hit:) (shrimp cocktail with remoulade sauce)
Other items on our buffet included Rosemary Roast Medallions, Rotini Chicken Alfredo, Seven Layer Mexican Dip with Blue Chips, Herb Stuffed Roma Tomatoes, Rolled Ham and Cream Cheese Bites, and Fresh Fruit Fondue.
The evening was filled with wonderful business networking! I enjoyed meeting and photographed lots of other Association members!
This is Kristy Becker with Titanic and Phylis Emery with Ripley’s Tennessee.

Then I met Ben and Billy from Smoky Mountain Balloon Company who provided the awesome centerpieces for this event.
Mr. Jim McGill from the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce gave us some very informative information on the services available through Chamber of Commerce.
Our guest book host were Jeff and Virginia from Fantasy Bridal Formal Wear.
And then Audia Ricker the event coordinator for the Event Barn was on hand insuring everything ran smoothly:)
Our Master of Ceremony was Olga Wierbicki from Stellar Wedding Services.
And then I met Martha Garret from Heritage Carriage Rides.
The July Smoky Mountain Wedding Association meeting was a huge success, lots of new business relationships developed. And congratulations Chuck and Melanie on your opening of the Event Barn, Sevierville’s newest event facility.
