BBQ Luncheon

We served BBQ Pork Loin with our “21 ingredients to perfection” BBQ sauce, Roasted Garlic Coleslaw, Chipolte Potato Salad, Cowboy Baked Beans, and Strawberry Layer Cake for dessert!

Southern Cross Lodge

This lodge was the perfect setting for a winter wedding! As we arrived, the snow began to fall lightly covering just the tree branches ( God painting the backdrop for this truly  magnificent ceremony).  We served  the Diamond Package menu selected from our  Chef Tony Catering web site. This menu featured Sirloin Roast au Poivre (roasted sirloin with a  peppered cognac pineapple chutney glaze sauce) and Pork Diane (pork tenderloin with a dijon cream sauce).

014The entire evening was well orchestrated starting with the passed trays of New Orleans crab cakes and Shrimp cocktail immediately following the ceremony. Then a preset Caprese Salad was  placed on tables for the enjoyment of the guest and also the opening of the dinner buffet!

This wonderful evening was finished up with a Carrot Wedding Cake , Fresh Fruit Fondue, a couple video, and lots of dancing!

“Murder Mystery” Sweet 16 Party

Guest arrived in theme costume! Al Capone was among the guest list (who could be more suspect than the bad boy himself).  Guest enjoyed an evening game of who done it…. Then this “Mystery” cake was had! The flavors were alternated between Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Bean.

First Fruits Catering Open House

14 March 2010  3p.m. to 6p.m.

Location : Smithview Pavilion

This Open House is open to newly engaged couples and anyone currently contracting First Fruits Catering and Smithview Pavilion!

There is no cost to attend!

Guest will meet area vendors who can answer questions regarding all aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception. A sampling of First Fruits Catering menu and Wedding Cakes will be served!
