40th Anniversary “Spring in Appalachia”

The Pre-Reception was a success with 50 guest in attendance. The Fresh Fruit Martini’s were a hit! Also, we featured a strawberry fondue with cream cheese dip and domestic gourmet cheeses.
It has been several years since our Fresh Floral designer (Ms. Vicki ) has retired… however, occasionally guest will still ask us to do Flower Centerpieces. We really enjoyed offering the fresh spring daisy centerpieces for the 200 guest after party event for the Ballet company as well!
After the ballet performance we offered an excellent butler passed tray menu:

I really enjoyed being a part of this special 40th Anniversary celebration and performance of the Appalachian Ballet Company! The evening was a real success for the Ballet Company with a larger than expected guest count!!!

Immediately following the ceremony we served a full dinner buffet with Butler passed trays and preset Tossed Salad

The 75 person reception was held in a separate mega rental cabin, the view was incredible from this top of the hill Sevierville space.
The couple rented tables and placed inside for the reception , giving this space a real banquet feeling.
A full dinner buffet was served from the kitchen island.
A Great Time was had by all … My Staff and I enjoyed being with you on your wedding day !!!
This Clubhouse was the perfect setting for the Rehearsal Dinner , just a walk away from everyone’s luxurious cabin.
The Clubhouse is a great fit for dinners and small receptions, seating from 50 to 75 people.

The tables featured custom centerpieces and monogrammed burlap table runners.
The Cocktail Hour was a real “meet and greet” with warm welcomes to out of town guest…. We offered a Butler Passed Mushroom Brushetta Tray and Fresh Fruit Fondue during this time.
We incorporated a candy station with the dessert buffet.
Dinner was Served Buffet Style: Rosemary Roast, Shrimp & Salmon Scampi, Rice Pilaf , Vegetable Stir-Fry, Corn Casserole, Rolls
